Mr. Nilesh Shila Namdev Sarwade is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at JSPM University Pune, with a diverse academic and professional background spanning teaching, research, community work, and Administrative responsibilities. 

His academic training in Sociology, supported by UGC-NET qualification, has shaped his engagement with themes such as NEP 2020, educational equity, marginality, and youth development. He has presented his research at national and international conferences and contributed to university-level academic processes, including curriculum development workshops, NAAC criterion committees, and examination duties

Beyond academics, he has worked extensively in youth development and early childhood programmes, and leads socially oriented initiatives as the Founder of Middle Path Foundation. His interdisciplinary approach, combined with field experience and scholarly participation, reflects a commitment to fostering critical inquiry, social justice, and community-oriented education. .
